SunSports - Sports Tours and Tournaments for Schools and Clubs in Spain

SunSports is a group of dedicated professionals, based in Spain, offering a range of services for UK schools, clubs and tour-operators who wish to provide sports tours and other group holidays throughout Europe but without the need of a permanent overseas organisation.

Our sports tours packages are designed for Schools and Clubs, for both youth and adult teams. SunSports will take care of your requirements so that you can create your tailor made holiday, even if it is not within the usual range of tour packages.

SunSports organise Football tours, Basketball tours, Hockey tours, Netball tours and Rugby tours, (fixtures and training/coaching sessions) Netball, Golf and Tennis (coaching and tournaments), on the Costa Brava, just north of Barcelona, on the Atlantic coast (Bilbao and San Sebastian), in southern and northern France (Biarritz, Perpignan, Lille and Paris), Italy and Belgium.

For the winter season SunSports can offer Skiing and Snowboarding in the Catalan Pyrenees or Andorra. We can provide English/Spanish reps to look after your groups. SunSports can offer accommodation to suit your clients needs, as well as providing first-class transport with local coach companies.

SunSports also organise the "Catalan Juniors" range of sports tournaments.
The sports tournaments take place at various venues, mostly based on the Costa Brava near Girona, and at various times of year coinciding with the UK school holiday periods.

The "Catalan Juniors" sports tournaments are held for Rugby, Soccer, Hockey and Basketball with participants welcome from schools or clubs of any nation. A complete package is provided including sports tournament entry, full or half board accommodation, in-resort coach transfers and a day trip to Barcelona with a tour of FC Barcelona included. As an optional extra, teams can stay one more night and spend the day visiting the Warner Bros. theme park "Port Aventura".

Accommodation is based in the Palamos and Platja d'Aro area, either in the ApartHotel Palamos with covered swimming pool (depending on time of year), the ApartHotel Sant Jordi or in the Hotel S'Agoita. Other accommodation is available if requested.

Coach transfer times to the Rugby, Soccer, Hockey and Basketball tournaments usually take 20 to 40 minutes.
